Katherine Himmelman, NP is a native of Lexington, Kentucky. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in both Biology and Nursing. She worked as a nurse in Cardiothoracic ICU prior to pursuing her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner National Certification Board. She then worked in primary care before finding her home here with this Vascular Surgery team in 2020. Katherine works primarily at Ultimate Vein Care but also see patients at our main office.
